Drive iQ appoints Rich Hill as CEO

As co-founder of the driver education and road safety solutions firm, Rich will lead the business through the launch of the new Smarter Driving programme, aiming to grow both the domestic client base and move into the international markets.

Co-founder Nicholas Rowley will assume responsibility for the company’s strategic direction as Chief Strategy Officer. Nick with help to build the international business and ensure that the product range remains constantly relevant in the fast-moving mobility sector.

Drive iQ has also appointed Sam Hill as Chief Product Officer. Sam has overseen the development of the new Smarter Driving programme and now assumes responsibility for both the product and user engagement, in a combined role which will reflect client needs and wants in the content made available.

Drive iQ was founded in 2016 and the people instrumental in building the business from its earliest days remain directors. Its latest solution is the Smarter Driving product suite, which combines road safety education and personal wellbeing in one solution.

Created in collaboration with leading experts across various fields, Smarter Driving recognises the links between personal wellbeing, task performance and road safety – which Drive iQ says is vital to create a culture of informed, prepared, aware and focused road use.
