Our vision
We know that being away from home for long periods of time can be tough. It can make you feel anxious and lead to a poor diet, less-than-ideal sleep and stiffness.
Wellbeing is key to everything we do at Drive iQ. We believe that safe driving is as much about your own mental state as it is about your behaviour. Whilst our Essential Wellbeing course covers the foundations that are relevant for all drivers, Truck Wellbeing focuses on trucker-specific wellbeing.
The course contains four modules, each covering one aspect of truck wellbeing: anxiety, movement, nutrition and sleep. It focuses on practical guidance: steps to improve your sleep quality, how to prevent yourself from spiralling into anxious thinking, and how to use movement and nutrition to your benefit.

Truck Wellbeing contains 4 modules, with each module taking around 5 minutes to complete. Unlike Smarter Driving, there are no end-of-module assessments or monthly assessments.
