IM Group has a duty of care to all its employees and that extends to ensuring that our staff are equipped with the best wellbeing and driver safety training.

Since May 2024 we rolled out Drive iQ’s Smarter Driving modules to our company car staff (over 200 drivers), and we’ve seen a great uptake in the programme both in terms of engagement and results. The portal is laid out in a user friendly manner allowing our staff to easily navigate the modules and subsequent assessments, and the dashboard feature provides the fleet management team a comprehensive overview of the company performance and identify any areas for improvement. Regular email notifications have helped our staff complete the modules and assessments in a timely manner.
